GENERAL INFORMATION
„Come down to us“ from Burial is the most impressive song I found in 2018. That’s why I called this scape that way. It is inspired by a youtube video from „the cine scaper„. You find the video via this link. I exaggerated with hardscape again and trimming and cleaning became a very delicate task. I should have decided for Micranthemum Montecarlo only because of the moss overgrowing quickly. It was so heavily attached to the lava rocks that removal was impossible after a while and the scape got too messy. I also made the failure to place Anubias to close to the light and had algae problems for about half of the lifetime of the scape.
HARDSCAPE
Hardscape is a red lava rock I bought at a local stone vendor. I added spider wood. The background substrate is ADA Aquasoil Amazonia Light. The foreground cosmetic sand is ADA La Plata.
FLORA AND FAUNA
Used some new species in this tank. Myriophyllum Mattogrosense is the biggest part of the stem plants in the background. You can find a few stems of proserpinaca palustris on the left of the Myriophyllum. Through the gap in the rocks, you can spy hellanthium tenellum. Java ferns are in the left and right foreground. Hygrophila Pinnatidfida, Bucephalandra sp. mini, Taiwan Moss and Micranthemum Montecarlo are growing on the lava.
